Job Location : Jharkhand ,Uttranchal ,Andhra Pradesh , Anywhere in North East, Rajisthan Position Reports to : State Head EXPERIENCE/ BACKGROUND - Minimum 6-7 years of frontline work experience in Water , Beverages with a record of over delivering on targets consistently. - Experience in Water Industry in Mandatory KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS - Primary Sales & redistribution - Strengthening the distribution network & infrastructure of stockists, C&FAs to increase the width and depth of availability of all QShop products including new sales channels. - Execution & monitoring market inputs - Effective management of Sales Officers for motivation , training & development & productivity enhancement - Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior.
