"Billing Incident Analyst On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Billing Incident Analyst for a contract Position in the UK The Billing Incident Analyst is required to take accountability for Network & IT related Problems that have potential revenue impact within a demanding client environment. To work with 3rd parties and internal resolver groups towards the resolution of such Problems. Responsibilities Manage Critical and High priority Revenue impacting problems internally and across suppliers to conclusion Conduct trend analysis of Incidents to identify potential issues in support of proactive problem management Drive root cause investigations across multiple cross-functional groups including customer teams within customer premises as appropriate Utilise skills and knowledge to review existing processes and recommend improvements Conduct technical research, analyze and evaluate existing systems (operating systems, architecture, database, hardware platforms, network) to drive proactive and reactive problem investigations Marshal the appropriate resources and serve as liaison between Operations Team and the infrastructure, development and business groups to resolve critical problems in the environment. Manage Problem Management process refinements to achieve continued improvement in service availability. Keep appropriate stakeholders, including senior management within customer organisations, up-to-date with latest information through timely and regular written and verbal communications. Keep knowledge up-to-date with technical architecture developments across the platform Understand SLA requirements, and correctly classify and handle incident investigations on that basis Work closely with Revenue Assurance and Customer Services teams on customer-impacting incidents Work with Development teams to identify trends in application defects Accumulate and publish incident and problem metrics on a periodic basis Make presentations within Technical Operations and to cross-functional teams including client teams at all levels (senior management to operations) Skills Knowledge of Problem Management methodologies Knowledge of billing system Knowledge of independent regulator for telecoms markets. Primarily OFCOM and COMREG Proven Problem Management experience / skill set High level understanding of complex network and IT environments in mobile network operations Knowledge of trend analysis Able to communicate effectively at all levels – from senior customer executives to operations staff Understanding of relationship management Working in a multi-vendor / outsourcing environment Exposure to and worked in off-shoring business models Setting up and/or maintaining a Problem Management process Relevant degree or background experience in Networks & IT ITIL V3 Foundation ITIL Problem Management / Intermediary or Expert Intermediate understanding of data mining technique If you are interested in this challenging position with good opportunity to develop within the organisation then please contact Jason at sales(at)manningglobal.com with your resume in Word Doc format or alternatively call +385 163 87401, in our Croatia Office, reference LIJV-BIA-14211"
