Candidates should live in the greater Baltimore, Pittsburgh, or Reston areas. The National Director of Tower Operations should have the following background, experience, and skill set: Must be located in the North East (greater Baltimore, Pittsburgh, or Reston areas) Must know the Construction side of Wireless Infrastructure Extensive experience with Tower Operations required Experience leading and running a nationwide tower company including; Should be experienced working with AT&T as a Turfing vendor This is a Full-Time employee role (not a contracted position) Competitive Salary + Bonus (flexible and commensurate with experience) Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing tower crews New tower construction, upgrades, maintenance, repair, etc. In charge of all tower assets, collocation agreements, training center, fleet vehicles, etc. Developing the Operational project plans, program level strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and assuring all revenue and margin objectives are achieved Ensure the safety of all employees Excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD and 401K.
