Position: IT Recruiter- Freelancer /Part Time/Work from Home Total experience: 3+ yrs Job Description: Minimum of 3+ yrs of work experience in IT Recruitment Developing New Business and Accounts Management of existing clients across Telecom and Semiconductor domains Good in understanding the technical requirement and ensure delivery of the Technical Resources according to the SLA. Candidates should have extensive working knowledge on Telecom and semiconductor recruitment Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process in the Organization. Identify and develop sources of potential clients Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase Maintain regular contact with Key Clients Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both clients Candidates should have extensive working knowledge on IT, Telecom and semiconductor recruitment Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process in the Organization. Good Experience in Mid and Senior level hiring Developing New Business and Accounts Management of existing clients across Telecom and Semiconductor domains Good in understanding the technical requirement and ensure delivery of the Technical Resources according to the SLA. Sourcing candidates through various Headhunting, databases, referrals, mass mailing, job portals, etc. Responsible for preliminary interview of potential candidates in order to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academics, Experience, communication skills etc, before forwarding the profile to the client. Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates. Communicating and follow-up with the candidates from the start till process ends. Self-confident, articulate and outgoing individual, who is able to work independently whilst maintaining a strong focus on teamwork.
