Hands on experience providing support is a must. Ongoing support for our i2 environment includes: • Demand Management • Supply Chain Planning • Interfacing with related systems These environments are crucial for instance our S&OP process, production proposals, supply chain planning and replenishment for the warehouses, , etc... They are integrated with ERP systems and are updated daily. It is a fully global system and supply chain is heavily reliant on the systems to be able to operate in normal day to day work and certainly in cases of allocations or crisis such as the Italy earthquake. Activities part of full support for these environments includes: • Incident and Request Management: all incident and problem resolution, User maintenance, functional analysis of planning issues, handling of user requests, Data updates (including mass updates, extracts, ...) • Monitoring: including all relevant applications/components, scripts and interfaces • Documentation • Coordination: including coordination of infrastructure / DBA personnel where necessary, primary point of contact with JDA • Weekend support (on request)"
