Ricardo Alves posted a job: SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (BERLIN/ZURICH) - (M/F) "Our Client is looking for a Product Manager that could join their team in Zurich (HQ) and Berlin; to manage broad-ranging responsibilities from the start and drive ideas independently with solid business judgement. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct testing based on customer needs and users feedback; • Drive permanent innovation and refinement of the product and its features; • Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy; • Work closely with Design and UX on wire framing; • Define Key Performance Indicators and use them to prioritize features and to measure success; • Coordinate language translations; • Development of product´s texts; • Monitor and analyze competitive and industry trends. PROFILE: • BS/BA (Bachelor degree); MS (Master degree); MBA, or PhD in Engineering, Design or Business Management with distinction from an elite university is an important plus; • 5+ years of experience as Product Manager in an Internet company; • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data; • Experience in quickly grasping business requirements and technical possibilities; • Ability to efficiently manage different styles, cultures and skill sets; • High level expertise in developing clear technical messaging for users; • Experience in agile development systems (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus; • Fluent communication skills in English; • Experience working with senior management and remote teams in different locations.
