Assist in maintaining the documentation system. Documentation includes but is not limited to Facility Drawings, Equipment drawings, Equipment manuals, Batch Records, SOPs, Buy Specifications, Validations and training. Assist in reviewing Batch Records. Assist in developing/revising Quality Plans including: incoming, in-process, and final inspection; provide training to those affected by the plans. Support the investigation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), notifications and customer complaints, providing solutions where possible. Participates in root cause analysis and investigation activities in the plant. Assist in performing plant routine internal audits, under established internal audit schedule. Assist in Customer and Third party audits. Other duties as required to support the Miami facility. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong knowledge of quality system regulations/requirements (i.e. ISO 9001:2008, 21 CFR Part 211/ 210. Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal), highly organized, motivated, detail oriented with excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, QDMS, Documentum or similar Electronic Document Management System." | ||||||
