Group: IT Recruiters Sarah De Laet has started a discussion: nXt-IT is looking for a senior project manager start : asap duration : 31/12/2013 location : Brussel ref nr 1997 "Context HCP/HCO/POi related spends disclosure requirements have been/are being created in EU and the rest of the world. Our customer does not currently have the appropriate resources/systems to monitor these spends and to generate the required reports. The Global Transparency Project’s objective is to develop/select a system to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in terms of reporting direct and indirect payments to HCPs, HCOs, Patient Organizations. The contractor will report to the 2 project leads It & Compliance and will be working in close collaboration with a project team of 15-20 people (IT, compliance finance, medical, …). The team members are not necessarily based in Brussels. So there are a lot of online meetings and interaction with different nationalities. He will be participating in the coordination of the 8 workstreams of GTP. Mission responsibilities:  Project Management for the Global Transparency Project (GTP): a. Project plan definition and maintenance (including implementation and change management plans) b. Action identification and tracking c. Meetings: help prepare slides, attend/conduct meetings (SteerCo, core team,),and prepare minutes d. Identify and track potential risks for the projects e. Support to training f. Support to testing and piloting the solutions for both projects.  The project manager will collaborate with internal team and solution implementers Follow-up on the different work streams (subprojects/subgroups who have their own objectives; coordinate these subgroups, not lead) and program 360 Customer leads  Develop Change management materials (strategy, E2E process, training…)  Make sure people are informed and trained in these changes Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required:  Min years’ experience required: 5 years.  Expert in Project/Program Management  Expert in Organisational Change Management (OCM)  Good knowledge of compliance in pharma  Certificate in Black Belt / knowledge of Black Belt methodology is a plus  International experience: mandatory i Language skills: o English mandatory level: fluent o French: nice to have More info? jobs@nxt-it.biz ref nr 1997"
