"Required Skills: • Minimum of 5 years of Web Portal experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a technical delivery team of web application developers, analysts, and other team members. • Implementation experience and knowledge of the Portal design, best practices and patterns. • Experience working with large scale ERP application suite, i.e. Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc. • Technical Skills should include experience with some of the following technologies: Java/J2EE (or other object-oriented languages), Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Javascript, HTML, JSP • Experience working with Applications Development methodologies/processes • Proven experience working with multiple levels of business teams (executives, managers, cross functional teams) • Demonstrable knowledge of application architectures including frameworks and design patterns. • Experience integrating with content management technologies. • Collaborative “style” and ability to work closely with all end user communities. • Self-motivated team player able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently."
