Job Description: As a Account Manager you will have/will be/will possess the following: Position title :Account Management & Sales Location :London, UK Employment type :Permanent Job Description The role is a Consultant Account Management & Sales working within the Global Consulting & Account Management team. S/he will have 3-5 years of overall work experience in a Consulting/Professional services environment. S/he will be part-responsible for growing revenue, supporting high level business and measurement objectives and enhancing the overall sales journey for a key European client. S/he will work out of the clients office and interact with the client directly on a daily basis including travel across Europe (25-30%). S/he will work in close co-ordination with the onsite Engagement Manager and a high performing offshore delivery team. Experience requirements: Structuring solutions which involve analytics, business & consulting (ABC) Consultative sales of analytics engagements in a B2B2C environment Ability to spot opportunities from nebulous conversations and leverage previous experience to ideate Generating revenue with high net promoter score Retail Banking or Payments experience Ability to think on his/her feet and engage with both the business and analytical community Principal responsibilities: Revenue Generation and Account Management Define analytics problem statement in a business context and structure engagements which involve analytics, business & consulting (ABC) Identify new opportunities and manage end-to-end sales pipeline and process for the key client Work in a multi-cultural environment with key decision makers spread across Europe Articulate problem statement, solution proposition and business benefits of engagement Formulate and lead various marketing and sales campaigns to achieve growth targets Develop sales collateral, proposals, case studies as required to drive new sales Develop existing and new relationships through active management of key stakeholders, anticipating needs and undertaking relevant actions to maintain preferred supplier status Successfully leverage ideas across clients and the retail banking/payments domain to spot opportunities and generate new sales leads Practice Development Support development of client Retail Banking/Payments practice by structuring new solution ideas Drive the sales process in a consultative manner, working closely with delivery team Work with onsite Engagement Manager (based in London) and offshore delivery team to ensure successful sale, service delivery and client satisfaction Additional qualifications/skills: Strong understanding of the retail banking/payments domain Analytical, flexible, cross functional and creative thinker with a collaborative approach "
