Contact: adonne@keyteo.com "Keyteo Consulting is currently looking for an IT recruiter / HR manager in order to deal with its internal resources management and recruitment. Your skills: • IT recruitment (freelance et permanent) • Fluent French, English and Dutch (written and spoken) • Working knowledge of Social laws (payroll management, holidays…) • Good command of Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat Writer/Reader, Outlook… • Headhunting skills is a strong asset. Your personality: • Persistent • Results oriented • Resourceful and proactive • Positive minded Tasks RECRUITMENT • Headhunting / candidates’ sourcing and selection (20% freelancers – 80% Keyteo employees). • Write job descriptions + post these on various job boards and social media. • Feed and maintain CV database. • Book and conduct interviews with all candidates. • Optimise or adjust the CVs layout prior submitting these to clients. • Look by yourself for information about various technologies and methodologies (according to our main areas of expertise and our clients’ needs) • Carry out reference checks. • Ensure frequent reporting about your recruitment & sourcing activities. • Take an active part in the staffing process improvement (priorities handling, time management optimization, tools choice, drafting of standard texts…) HR • Align the HR policy on the sales strategy. • Keep informed about recent and upcoming changes in labour laws. • Centralise employees’ administrative data. • Ensure the accuracy of payroll administration. • Ensure that all the time sheets of our consultants are duly filled in and signed on time to allow invoicing.. • Be the main point of contact between keyteo and Group S ( social secretariat) • Participate in the development of a staff retention plan. • Implement a performance evaluation system consultants (KPI / SLA) • Contribute to the identification of potential customers without contact. • Actively contribute to the labor market analysis (salary levels, daily rates, market trends in terms of skills...).
