"Work Your primary day-to-day job will be converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday SaaS HCM & financials system. You will learn the Workday system from the data through the processes by being on the data team. Converting Data into Workday using proprietary loading tools Create ETL scripts to transform and load data Guide clients through the data extract and cleansing process Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday Create strategies to improve and normalize client data Enhance DayNine’s conversion offering Person Sense of urgency to achieve timely, quality results Varied activities in a fast-paced environment Technical, analytical focus Work within established standards and guidelines Expertise-based problem solving Pro-active, problem solving/ decision-making orientation See to minimize risk Task-based and factual communication and collaboration Authoritative leadership based on specialized expertise, knowledge of systems Skills Four-year college degree in associated major (or equivalent work exp) Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel - Required Prior ETL Experience Prior SQL database Experience Prior ERP or Human Capital Management Experience Good documentation and communication skills Prior data conversion experience Web Services or programing experience Experience Bachelor Degree (computer related field preferred) Prior consulting experience Conversion or data integration related project experience Keen understanding of the software development lifecycle 3+ years of integration experience 2+ years of experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath HRMS experience is a plus BPEL experience is a plus Adam Daniels Associate Talent Acquisition adam.daniels@daynine.com www.daynine.com Be sure to visit our DayNine Careers Facebook page and “Like It” to receive regular updates."
