Job Description: Complete Description: DEPs enterprise system is called eFACTS (Environmental Facility Application Compliance Tracking System). It is an Oracle web form based application that uses an Oracle 11G DB as the back end. It provides a holistic view of the clients and sites (including facilities) that DEP regulates. In addition it tracks the various functions that support DEP regulations such as compliance activities, bonding, fees, certifications, authorizations/licenses/permits, etc. eFACTS is a complex system encompassing thousands of business rules. There are over 2000 users from all facets of the department, plus several external users. It provides for basic data entry roles, application processors, compliance specialist, bonding, certification, etc. The eFACTS system has over 140 Oracle Forms, over 2500 tables in its main schema, and over a thousand other tables, views indexes for interfacing with integrated systems. Due to the complexity of this system, it is highly desirable to attain Forms developers who have experience with racle Forms/Reports 10G/11G. These individuals will be utilized to support the existing system, implement enhancements for the various program areas, assist in upgrades and architectural changes, and provide mentoring and support to DEP staff. These positions may be involved in any or all facets of developing application system such as defining user requirements, system impacts, analysis, coding, testing, deployments, documentation, etc. Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience 7+ years of relevant experience Required 7 Years Oracle Forms (10G or greater) Required 3 Years Oracle Database (11G or prior) Required 5 Years SQLPlus Required 5 Years PL/SQL Required 5 Years TOAD or SQL Developer (or equivalent) Required 5 Years Entity Relationship Modeling Required 2 Years Strong Communication Skills Required 4 yr degree or equivalent tech study or adv degree Required 4 Years Oracle Reports (9i or greater) Desired 2 Years Web Services experience Desired 2 Years Microsoft Team Foundation Server Desired 1 Years Oracle Developer Suite (or previous) Desired 3 Years" | ||||||
