Job Description: Function: An Account Manager (AM) is responsible for driving specialized IT Staffing (ERP, BI-DW, SOA, etc.) revenue within an assigned account(s) and strategy. For the assigned accounts, the AM is responsible for maintaining ownership of all consultant delivery, revenue growth, margins, customer relationship and compliance. The ideal person for this role demonstrated a high level of dependability and integrity. This position demands excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. This position will report to the National Account Director and will work collaboratively with members of Recruiting, Human Resources, Legal and Finance. Duties & Responsibilities: - Execute a variety of prospecting and relationship development activities within established accounts. - Account Planning and Strategy. - Goal setting and attainment on revenue and margins. - Increase client base by obtaining new customers. - Increase service offerings at existing customer base. - Build relationships with decision makers and influencers across a clients organization. - Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient delivery of staffing activities. - Opportunity identification, tracking and conversion in Customer Relationship Management software. - Develop understanding of clients business and IT strategies. - Consult with clients on the product/service offerings available within organization. - Maintain ownership of all Mastech related matters for the client such as billing, score card results, quality assurance, compliance, and reporting and customer satisfaction. - Prepare and drive Quarterly businessreviews. - Monitor SLA/Metrics and commitments with customer as applicable. - Support budgeting process by providing the customers Key Performance Indicators to management. - Manage Master Services Agreement, Contracts Terms & Conditions and Compliance. - Ability to prepare, write and present proposals; validate adherence to stated and implied customer needs. - Develop relationships with active consultants to drive customer and consultant satisfaction. - Ability to negotiate contracts, rates and terms. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelors Degree or a minimum of 3 years of IT staffing experience managing a MSP/VMS type of account - Ability to travel up to 50% to attend customer and consultant meetings - Demonstrated success working within large, national accounts - Ability to efficiently type in order to communicate with customers and recruiting team in a timely manner Preferred: - Experience with specialized IT Staffing - Experience with leading relationships within Fortune 500 accounts - Experience leveraging a centralized recruiting organization - Experience working in a multi-cultural environment If"
