"The primary responsibility will be to provide resourcing support to the wider business, in both the consultancy and interim recruitment business units. Specific duties will include: * Sourcing and screening new candidates/talent from the wider market, matching them to specific roles, utilising a variety of direct sourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, Jobserve advertising and various database searches. * Continuous update and maintenance of the candidate database * Provide telephone support to consultancy business unit, for marketing campaigns (max 6 weeks per annum). This will involve arranging a number of meetings for the senior partners to attend. * Supporting sales recruitment team in terms of generating leads through candidate/associate conversations & generating market intelligence to support business development activity. * Responsible for ensuring candidate data stored on the internal systems is current and accurate. * Specific administration tasks, relating to resourcing, such as adapting CV's to 'Profile' format. * Deputising for the head of resourcing on occasion. * The resource will be monitored through a balanced scorecard. Although no specific education requirements are required, we are looking for candidates with a good standard of education, with English as a first language. Preferred Skills * Due to the target driven nature of the role, a candidate with a background (6 months +) in a recruitment or similar sales/target driven environment is likely to be successful. * You will have an exceptional drive to and determination to 'make things happen' * Excellent communication skills are a must have, English as a first language is imperative. You will be expected to be able to write job adverts, in order to attract the very best candidates. * Be persuasive, persistent and patient, when dealing with candidates. * This is a highly pressured role, with demanding targets attached, you must be able to cope with high expectation.
