Jaipur Subject: Senior Position – AGM / GM – Contracts - at Gurgaon for an Indo Spanish Consortium involved in Concessions & Infrastructure business with huge orders from Govt of India Talentburg India posted a job: Senior Position – AGM / GM – Contracts - at Gurgaon for an Indo Spanish Consortium involved in Concessions & Infrastructure business with huge orders from Govt of India "Designation: AGM/DGM - Contracts Experience: 10 - 25 Years Location: Gurgaon Qualification: BE-CIVIL or Post Graduate Engineer Job Description:- 1. Correspondence with the client’s / NHAI / Contractors with respective to Management of work with Contract. 2. Risk Assessments in the Head Contracts and Sub-Contracts and mitigation strategies, Contract Agreements with Client, Identification and resolution of disputes with Concession agreement, EPC contractor as per the provision of the contract, Agreement or Common Law, Claims Management with EPC Contractor, Contract Close out 3. Contract Administration- Provide contingencies during contract execution especially with respect to contractual matters relating to client and other agencies involved in project execution. 4. Assess ,submit details, negotiate and finalize matters relating to Contract Variation with clients as well as the extra claims of Client ,EPC Contractor and major suppliers including matters relating to dispute/arbitration 5. Follow up with NHAI/EPC Contractor on contract details and confirm every aspect decided. Drafting contract agreement and signing. 6. During execution monitor risks particularly financial risks and mitigate. Also monitor cost control with sanctioned capital budget and settle contract variation with respect to the client and other contracting agencies. 7. Identification of deficiency of in the scope of work with respective ground conditions & taking up the authorities for appropriate resolutions. 8. Review & Identifications of change in scope of works, extensions of time, land acquisitions, utility related issues & correspondences with respective with various agencies, clients, EPC Contract, consultants, w.r.t. contract etc. 9. Review in day to day correspondences. 10. Review & achieve the commercial operations in BOT projects & completion of in EPC operation. Contribute to projects related to all aspects of revenue operations including contract and invoicing processing and reporting Note: Candidate who are leading with Highway Concessioner in Contract and Claim department / Legal department in settling claim with NHAI and dispute resolution will be preferable.
