Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Software Quality Assurance Manager Job opportunity Wael Helmy posted a job: Software Quality Assurance Manager Job opportunity "A Leading software company in eBusiness , ecommerce and ebanking solutions is looking for :- Software Quality Assurance Manager Location: Based in Egypt Job summary: The Quality Assurnance Manager is responsible for helping to establish and monitoring adherence to quality standards in the development of Information Technology. Provide technical and project leadership for a team of software application engineers in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Design, architect and lead the implementation and deployment of major corporate applications using our award-winning product suite. He or she will have proven technical experience with Java and Object Oriented architectures and will have implemented and launched major Internet applications in an enterprise environment. In addition, he or she will have demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to work with the development and implementation team to help design and test Java based web application software. Responsibilities will include developing test plans/test cases, creating white box API level tests, performing hands-on functional testing and regression testing, reporting bugs, and writing/executing UI level automation scripts. Qualifications: Education: 4 years bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Training: Employees must have several years of work-related experience, on-the -job training, and/or vocational training. Knowledge:  Experience using based build tools and autotest tools, including QTP and Deep Diagnostic.  Good understanding of enterprise database and SQL skills (Oracle, MSSql, Db2, etc.).  Ability to participate in and add to product design.  Understand proven methodology (RUP or Agile UP) to quality assurnace working production system and enable technical team to implement.  Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar Experience:  5+ years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in building applications.  4+ years of software QA experience. QA Certification is a plus.  3+ years experience with Java and/or Internet technologies.  4+ years experience in implementing OO architectures.  3+ years experience in leading team of QA engineers.  Experience in building white box frameworks and tests using JUnit, HTTPUnit, and/or Cactus.  Experience in application servers (Weblogic, JBoss, WebSphere, Microsoft), Portals and Content Management or Electronic Commerce.
