"International Business Development - eScan Anti-Virus Experience: 2 to 7 yrs. | Opening(s): 10 Work Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai Key Skills: Good Written and Spoken English Language Experience of Interacting with International Clients Good into Selling Experience in IT Sales/Channel sales/Corporate Sales/International Sales is mandatory. Hiring for following teams: Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa Job Description: Responsibilities of BDE/Sr. BDE: 1. The employee once selected for a particular position in International sales will be given a particular country/countries/region 2. He/she has to Prospect/ profile from the following group of companies: Companies/distributors dealing with software products Manufacturing companies (like Acer, HP, Dell, Wipro, Zenith etc.), ISP companies with whom bundling of eScan products are possible Value added resellers, System Integrators 3. PROFILING: Study the competitors by checking their website, Google, generating contacts through phone. 4. Make phone calls to reach the Decision makers of the Company (MD,CEO,IT managers), introduce eScan products to them and create interest to partner with eScan 5. Offer our products and services, give them presentation and product demonstrations if required. 6. Arrange the tele con with the reporting manager 7. Managing and maintaining the order and the process throughout the Sales cycle 8. To follow up with the previous cases 9. To interact with the existing customers and ensure proactive selling of eScan via phone, email and chat 10. Sending proposal/Pricing and achieving Target (monthly, quarterly and annually) Responsibilities of Territory Manager and above 1. Responsible of bigger cases opened by the BDE 2. Taking the deal to a much higher/ mature level 3. Create an opportunity Identifying and profiling prospective clients, companies, distributors, manufacturers, resellers etc. 4. Managing a team of (1-3 strength) 5. Responsible for recruiting, training developing, grooming the team and ensure the targets are achieved. 6. Liaising with distributors and the marketing team 7. Generate good prospects in respective/allotted region and travel to close the cases 8. Ensure Channel growth, revenue growth, sales and collection in that country 9.
