Project details: Devise a strategy and complete a detailed design for data consolidation and automated data reconciliation between: - Service Now and the HP uCMDB v9.05. - Deliverable is a formal and complete detailed design that can go straight to implementation team (i.e. not just a high level design). - Reconciliation engine in uCMDB will most likely be used. - Data sets requiring reconciliation include CI Types, CI records, Incident Categories, Assignment Groups, Notification Group. - Preliminary work also feeds into automated ticketing project, and also to enterprise notification and escalation project. Determine systems of record for each data set.
