Abolfazl Darroudi posted a job: Hiring Now: Assistant Restaurant Supervisor for a luxury Restaurant in Egypt "This position should assist with the management of the front of house team, by consistently delivering high standards of service and presentation. Responsibilities: • Manage all beverage points, make sure they are cleaned and filled up and are kept clean during the day • Ensure that staff communicates to the kitchen team during service in order to refresh the food • Liaise and communicate with the Restaurant Supervisor to enable efficient and effective running of the service • Facilitate all guests with specific diets and allergies • Assist with delivering training and guidance to front of house staff to ensure they deliver the standards required • Ensure staff are completing the tasks within the agreed timescales • Adhere to all hygiene and cleaning procedures • Responsible for the front of house operation in the absence of the Restaurant Supervisor. Requirements: • High School Diploma • Hospitality Training certificates would be a plus • Food hygiene certificate would be a plus • At least 3 years’ Experience of working in a similar role • Previous kitchen and supervisory experience • Team player & Hardworking • Excellent Communication Skills • Proficiency in English or Arabic Remuneration: • Competitive Salary, Full Board, Travel Allowance, ...
