Reporting to: Account Director Direct Reports: None Location: London The role An exciting time in the well-established 6 year relationship we have with our end client. It is the beginning of a 3 year contract renewal, and there is an appetite to improve the service that we provide and to look at it with a fresh pair of eyes. Our large contractor delivery and support teams are responsible for sourcing contractors and taking care of all administration associated with on-boarding, extension management, time recording and payment. The focus of this role is to take ownership of two of the clients strategic business units and ensure that we deliver against our service commitments, offer advice and explore any opportunity to deliver additional Experis or ManpowerGroup products. Below is a list of the key elements of the role. We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the ability to carry out most of them: Delivery Management * Quality - ensure that CV's are well matched against requirements. * Speed - ensure that CV's are delivered within SLA and that 3rd parties are engaged where necessary in order to hit SLA. Client Management * Resource Managers - chasing of feedback, and escalating where appropriate * Hiring Managers - Ensuring that managers are clear about what Experis provides, what the hiring process is, what our capabilities are. Understand their pain, and establish what we can do to help. Provide market intelligence, rate information and recruitment statistics. Understand what their pipeline of requirements looks like and feed back to the delivery team. Understand where they fit into the organisational structure. Issue and Query Resolution * Main point of contact for the client for queries and problems * Main point of contact for the Experis Delivery and Contractor Care team with respect to any of their queries and problems * Understand when to escalate to Account Director * Understand which teams or individuals within Experis can assist with issues and queries Service Excellence * Understand the clients strategic and niche skill sets - learn about them * Understand the clients business structure * Learn about the clients key projects * Understand Experis products and how they may be of use to the client.
