Responsibilities • Manage full cycle recruiting process (from sourcing to on-boarding) for multiple business groups ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience • Work with recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions • Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels • Collaborate with client and internal business groups to understand their hiring needs and goals • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers • Maintain data and performance metrics on a regular basis Requirements • 4+ years recruiting/management experience from a search firm or in-house recruiting team • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process • Ability to build a sourcing and recruiting strategy for a range of roles, levels, and functions • Fluent in Japanese & English is a must • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed"
