As the Service Desk Manager you will ensure that you consistently deliver a high quality service that represents the company's high standards and the company's best interests, ensuring that the customer consistently receives, the contracted service and support. You will be responsible for effectively managing the process and controls that are in place both internally and externally reporting where necessary. As The Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all communication links between the managed service provider, clients and relevant vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships and service schedules for managed service and maintenance clients. As The Service Desk Manager A key area or responsibility for IT Services Support is Planning: Engaging with pre-sales and projects early in the life cycle to provide advice on the support requirements of new business and estimating the impact of all proposed new systems and projects to determine the people and infrastructure resources required to run the post implementation support team.
