Group: IT Recruiters Kathy Maskery has started a discussion: Quality Assurance Manager "Our direct insurance client located in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager. Essential Job Functions: · Manage team of internal and outsourced Quality Assurance Technicians who perform various quality reviews in support of all domestic insurance company operations · Streamline and automate existing manual review processes, reports and scorecards · Work with Underwriting and Operations Management to develop additional quality review processes and KPIs · Responsible for establishing and documenting Quality Assurance Best Practices to eliminate downstream errors · Responsible for identifying and communicating error trends to internal stakeholders · Work closely with submission, producer management, UW systems development and forms teams to improve metrics · Oversee the preparation of weekly management reports · Complete ad hoc reports and projects as assigned by management Skills/Experience Required: · 5-10 years insurance and/or Quality Assurance experience · In depth knowledge of performance metrics · Strong innovative, analytical, communication and time management skills · Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment · Advanced level proficiency with MS Access, Word and Excel Apply here: http://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=a2F0aGxlZW5tLjQwNTc1LjMzNzBAZGVzaWduc3RyYXRlZ3kuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t"
