They work in a wide range of functional areas including: human resources, marketing and communications, finance, legal, IT, facilities and services, research, business operations and sales development, and must continually evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of the marketplace to achieve higher performance both for ourselves and our clients. The Disaster Recovery Sr. Analyst will be a member of the Disaster Recovery (DR) Team responsible for the recovery process for critical Accenture internal applications. Within this team, the DR Sr. Analyst will be involved in the following • Planning, analyzing, and documenting DR plans • Executing annual DR exercises to test out DR solutions and ensure recovery DR SLAs can be achieved • Ensuring that all DR applications/capabilities are tested annually or every three years based on their assigned DR rating • Implementing new DR technical solutions, working with other infrastructure and application teams to build and test the solution • Coordinating the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) process on an annual basis for global priority 1 applications. • Adjusting the portfolio of DR applications based on BIA's and changing business conditions. • Planning and implementing technology improvements including disk to disk backup and recovery technologies using Falconstor or other related technologies to streamline recovery times and increase success rates. • Responding to audit and Internal Controls requests. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree • Virtualization-2 years • Server-2 years • Sql-2 years • Storage-1 year or • Network 1 year Preferred Skills: • Strong communication skills • Falconstor replication technology • Program and project management experience-1 year Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
