The real time and fully automated UC service delivery platform addresses the challenges involved in managing the UC lifecycle: initial design; build and deployment; support and administration, enabling customers to operate highly flexible UC and IP telephony networks. Customers include prominent global service providers, niche managed service providers, and large enterprises. Please be within commutable distance of the North Dallas area and be fully authorized to work in the USA without any sponsorship issues (no relocations or sponsorships are available). Purpose of Position: The Project Manager/Business Analyst/ is a dual focus role. Our PM/BA is expected to focus on completing project objectives within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. Additionally they may be required to assist telecom service providers in reviewing their BSS and OSS systems (CRM, Billing, Product Catalog and Fulfillment) with the goal of documenting integration requirements for products and solutions, developing customer specific technology roadmaps. As a key member of the deployment project team, the BA/ PM functions as a product expert and often engages in end user training, providing function and feature documentation and requirements gathering and analysis for solution integration needs within the customers’ environment. This activity requires a strong technical background in applications development or analysis and the ability to engage with customers and internal Product Management teams on a technical level. Supported Customer(s): Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Providers and Large Enterprises. Job Qualifications: • Two years experience working at a detailed design and implementation level integrating products or solutions with BSS / OSS systems • Two years experience managing technical implementation projects (preferably in the telecom industry) with secondary experience in managing customization projects for software enhancements • Accustomed to the disciplines needed to manage customer engagements • Experienced of having managed business process definition and optimization in at least 2 or more projects independently • Possess ability to map contractual requirements to work breakdown structures, task definitions, and project plans that can be communicated meaningfully to all stakeholders • Thorough knowledge of OSS/BSS solutions and frameworks with exposure to Voice over IP (VoIP) services and traditional wire-line or wireless services • Must possess ability to map business processes to solution requirements • Must possess strong communication, presentation and documentation skills. • Experience in 2 or more of the following skill sets: Unix, SQL, MS Office, MS Project, OSS Integration (Billing Systems or Order Management), Web Portal Development, XML, HTML, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UC Apps, VoIP PBX Systems Admin Minimum qualifications: • 5-10 years of experience in systems integration projects for telecom service providers. Candidates with strong Telco experience will be preferred. • 1 – 2 years project management experience within a software delivery environment Driving/Travel Requirements: • Must hold current valid driver’s license and passport. • Expect travel 10%"
