Subject: Senior Oracle Agile PLM Functional Consultant, Switzerland Shashidhar Marni posted a job: Senior Oracle Agile PLM Functional Consultant, Switzerland "Skills: Senior Oracle Agile PLM Functional Consultant Location: Switzerland Duration: 6months Provide Agile configuration and Implementation experience. Accountable for overall configuration of Agile PLM solution as deployed and supported. Work closely with architects, development team, technical teammates and business partners, to implement and support the overall strategy and roadmap. Essential Job Functions: * Lead IT efforts as they relate to Agile PLM configuration, such as Data, Workflow, User Settings and all other areas relating to Agile PLM configuration * Experience in Implementing Oracle Agile PLM * Work with business partners to understand requirements and translate into configured solution to meet business need * Participate in Change Control Board to ensure changes have no impact to overall system and stability * Participate in cross track team meetings to ensure needs are captured and status is provided * Maintain awareness of the business strategy, as well as potential and planned business initiatives * Assist in driving adoption of standard out-of-box capabilities to reduce overall cost of ownership and complexity * Proactively partner with the business to evaluate business needs including consulting in the development of business requirement documents * Ensure that proper technical alternatives have been evaluated and selected * Work within IT and with our business clients to scope projects, lead small to mid-size projects throughout their lifecycle * Participate in solution design discussion during roadmap planning and execution. Document requirements to capture business needs * Develop and implement process standards and best practices * Provide ongoing application support Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Strong in-depth and breadth of experience with multiple technologies, frameworks, processes, applications * Very strong analytical and problem solving skills * Strong communication skills including written and oral communication as well as presentation skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals * Must be self managed, highly motivated and have a strong drive for results * Naturally able to exert influence, drive and steer teams in the right direction * Very strong capability and high capacity for learning and experimenting with new technologies and applications * Must be willing and able to deal with a high level of ambiguity * Strong process focus, able to see opportunities for improvement in the business * Strong knowledge of IT systems and Agile PLM application system administration * Broad functional knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and Engineering Design Data Management processes * Strong knowledge of industry best practices and direction * Strong knowledge and experience of the software development lifecycle Please forward your resumes at cvmarni@gmail.com Thanks Shashidhar"
