Must have hands-on SharePoint, budgeting, work flow and timeline background. Some travel is required with this role (up to about 50%). REQUIREMENTS: **Bachelors Degree and 5+ years consulting experience **Project management background, including cost assessment schedule, scope, issue and risk management, change management, strategic planning and analysis ** Understanding of ECM (SharePoint) and Internet Services (Sitecore) technologies **Ability to manage several types of teams ** Developing work plans and presentations to assist in selling work to clients **Create and maintain client relationships **Strong written and verbal communication skills **Excellent logical, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills RESPONSIBILITIES: **Communicate with C-level executives and IT management to report project status **Respond to client requests while also being able to drive projects to completion **Analyze each client's specific request, determine the underlying problem and recommend proper solutions **Identify strengths and issues; drive and develop better behavior to create strong consultants **Participate actively in the recruiting process for other consultants **Coach and manage other consultants and participate active in the performance expectation and review process **Participate in business development with prospective clients **Actively build a professional network and affiliate network in the local community WHEN RESPONDING TO THIS OPPORTUNITY: Resumes without the required technical skills and experience will not be considered.
