It requires the selected candidate to work closely with other leads to ensure that the high quality of deliverables is maintained. Required Skills & Abilities: • Core Java, Design patterns, Unix (Solaris/Linux), Continuous Integration methods • Exposure to or experience in FIX, Tibco EMS, J2EE • Experience in order management systems, familiarization with DMA technology, exchange connectivity a plus • Experience working in a GUI facing system and interfacing with GUI a definite plus • Knowledge of cash/derivatives products and trading patterns. • Strong people management and project management skills.
