Subject: TECHNICAL REVIEW PARTNER NEEDED FOR NATIONAL CPA FIRM IN NYC Paula Eppolito posted a job: TECHNICAL REVIEW PARTNER NEEDED FOR NATIONAL CPA FIRM IN NYC "Large, multi-office CPA firm is seeking a Technical Review Partner with strong SEC experience, to handle the following responsibilities: • Review and monitor developments within the PCAOB, SEC, AICPA and implement the necessary changes • Design and teach CPE courses • Research complex auditing, accounting, reporting and disclosure problems and implement developments that affect the firms accounting and auditing practice • Review financial statements • Identify risk areas and resolve issues in conjunction with the audit team • Review work papers for technical issues • Answer technical questions from clients • Perform internal inspections of the Firm Quality Control System The right candidate should have: • Minimum of 15+ years recent Big 4 CPA experience as an Audit Partner • Heavy SEC experience • CPA a must • Experience in a QC role or National Office of a Big 4 a major plus • Strong technical and analytical skills Please respond in strict confidence to: Paula V.
