"Come join the Rural America Onshore Outsourcing team as a SOA Developer! We have an immediate need for talented architects. The main role is the detailed design, development, unit testing and debugging of SOA components. The first assignment in this position will be onsite. But in future assignments, you will have the opportunity to work from home. Skills: • Drive development and unit testing of services based on SOA standards and best practices. • Design and develop components for Web Services development based on SOA environment. • Define business processes and web services. • Support testing and resolve defects in a timely manner. Requirements: • 4-6 yrs experience with Web Services development in a SOA environment. • 4 yrs experience with Java, J2EE and Oracle database. • Prior experience with XML schema. • Prior experience in Agile. • Understanding of Object Oriented concepts, design patterns, data models and UML. Preferences: • Previous experience with WSRR configuration and IBM SOA governance module. • Expert in setting/trouble shooting and resolving environment issues. • Previous experience with configuration management tools. • Previous experience in a variety of software development methodologies. • Focus on SOA deployments and installations. • Familiar with SoupUI and XML spy. • Expert in designing and developing components for IBM Websphere Process Server, ESB, Registry and Repository. • Proven development experience with WID 7.0.03. • Proven experience working with WPS 7.0.0.3 Personality Requirements: • Strong analytical skills – ability to translate data to strategy • Ability to think creatively and strategically • Excellent organization and time management skills • Visual design skills are a strong plus • Conceptual thinking, presentation skills at a high level. • A drive for wanting to build products from the user's point of view • Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal assistance from fellow team members • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work and communicate pro-actively with business owners, and clients. Salary and Benefits: • Competitive rural market rates paid • Stock option equity bonuses – Shareholder and Annual Bonuses.
