Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (with a graduation date no later than December 31, 2011) Preferred Qualification • 6 months of J2EE/Java Development experience • 6 months Application Programming and Debugging • PL/SQL experience • Java programming skill or object-oriented programming background. • Experience with software development and maintenance practices and methodologies (especially requirements, design and testing phases) a plus • Displays an awareness of code efficiencies such as the reuse of common modules and identifies opportunities for request consolidation and/or reusability • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. • Ability to effectively communicate and manage complex issues • Previous development experience preferred • Ability to work well in a team environment • Strong problem solving skills: able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve ***PLEASE NOTE: These roles require US Citizenship due to Client Clearance requirements.
