"Urgently looking for position of VP/AVP - HR Analytics & MI Summary: 1.The BMSC HR MI Reporting Specialist (RS) has extensive experience of using HR databases and systems (Peoplesoft, intranet-based reporting tools, data cubes etc.) to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics and forecasting (employee life-cycle changes, headcount, organisational structures, diversity, learning, performance management etc.) 2.The RS works closely with the BMSC HR MI Global Relationship Managers (RM) in supporting clients, including HR Business Partners (HR BPs) and HR Advisors (HRAs) and Business Managers, and uses their advanced knowledge of HR data and reporting to interpret client requests and determine the most effective way to analyse and present information. 3.The RS is a subject matter expert in HR MI data applications, data mining and building predictive data models. 4.The RS will design, create, and build both ad hoc and standard reports. The RS will test and stabilize all reports for successful transfer into the Reporting Centers for production. 5.Produces, performs and maintains reporting processes that consistently produce accurate, timely and decision enabling information. Provides analysis and commentary to explain variances or anomalies with the data. 6.The RS also works closely with BMSC colleagues and the Reporting Centres, sharing best practice and continuously seeking opportunities to improve the quality of information services for clients. Key Requirements:  Initially work closely with the BMSC and onshore MIS teams to effectively transition the RS role  Utilize a broad range of HR databases and tools to improve the content and format of existing MIS reporting output and develop new reports to meet evolving client needs  Develop and embed high quality analysis and forecasting techniques into all areas of workforce reporting  Work with the RMs to manage client relationships across multiple geographies, satisfying complex, changing demands  Manage and prioritize the production of large volumes of standard and ad-hoc reporting requests to strict deadlines, minimizing processing time and automating delivery where possible  Assist onshore HR teams in the management and auditing of data and development of reporting solutions in support of key HR processes, e.g. compensation year-end, talent, performance management  Continually drive change and process improvement, including the testing and implementation of new HR databases and tools, providing feedback to system and process owners  Work with onshore HR teams on an ongoing basis to transfer MIS-related tasks and processes offshore  Document deliverables and processes to enable sharing of best practice, training and mitigation of risks"
