OVERVIEW OF ROLE In charge of the management of a works office. The goal is to develop road activity in Oman within asphalt mixes activities. The role will manage several aspects including Management, Leadership, HR and Logistics. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Fluent English & Arabic • Very dynamic, autonomous and focused personality – a laid back approach is not what our client looking for • 5 – 10 years experience within this industry • Experience working on projects including roads (access roads/ urban roads), airport runways etc • Engineering Degree preferred, but not essential • Good knowledge of road coating methods • Must have excellent relationship skills • Excellent interpersonal communication skills." |
