Their products help their customers provide job posting and sourcing solutions to recruiters and direct employers worldwide. The Role Due to international expansion, our client is looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to compliment their Sydney based team. In role, a successful candidate will be expected to achieve revenue targets and lead, mentor and coach a team of sales people. They are looking for a hunter with experience selling a solution at enterprise level that wants to take the next step in their career. It is an inational international role where you will also be responsible for growing thier client base and market share in the APAC region. Exposure or knowledge of the human resources & recruitment industry would be a distinct advantage. Skills & Responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include and not be limited to: * Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline * Meet and exceed monthly revenue quota on product solutions * Assist in the development and support of an integrated coaching plan to achieve goals set by management * Assist in weekly, monthly and quarterly sales account planning, management and forecasting with team * Have a complete understanding of pricing and licensing models * Develop and maintain a high level knowledge and understanding of all product solutions * Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationship with all employees and channel partner Desired Knowledge To be part of this wonderful organisation; a background in recruitment or SaaS would be a distinct advantage, but your strong communication skills and previous B2B sales experience will also stand you in good stead for success in this role.
