They have steadily been growing 20% per year for the last 10 years. On their behalf we are searching for a Field Sales Engineer to join their team. This position will be based in Sunnyvale CA. Responsibilities: • Pre and Post sales activities for customers in the Telecom industry • Troubleshoot, and identify root cause problems • Capture and analyze network diagnostic logs for engineering department • 20-30% travel through US and Canada will be required Requirements: • IPTV experience • Broadband experience • Experience with a North American Service Provider is preferred • A self-starter is required, someone able to work independently at a high level • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Competence in MS office, network diagnostic and packet capture tools Interested in this job posting?
