If you are interested, please send your CV to Patrick.rogers@rygoncorp.com "Job Description Monitor system performance ( OS, application and Hardware) and KPI 24*7 Troubleshooting and Maintenance for systems, including addressing cause of alarms or systerm issues, resolving systerm issues by analyzing failure records and system logs, manual testing of system performance,etc Escalate issues to tier 2 engineer when nessesary Meeting SLA and customer satisfaction targets, perform regular tasks and refer relational report to ensure the systems perform within the agreed service levels Professional Related Working Experience At least 2 years related work experience in software development, testing or maintenance (e.g. IBM Netcool, HP Performance Insight) Support, administration or installation experience of LINUX, SUSE or RedHat An understanding of or experience with an industry standard DB (e.g. Sybase IQ, GreenPlum, Oracle) • Programming skills (Java) • Network Protocol (TCP/IP) Distributed System knowledge and concepts (e.g. Hadoop)"
