Do you have 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM including Core HRMS and Benefits experience as well as 6 years of Oracle SQL experience? Detail CentreIT is seeking a PeopleSoft Functional SME for the DCRB Data Modernization Program. PeopleSoft HCM is the current District wide HCM platform and provides a web-enabled, integrated platform for the District's HR/Payroll needs. The objective of this project is to reclaim service and fiscal history for current or separated members of the retirement system comprised of Firefighters, Police Officers, and Teachers by using current and yet to be developed tools in the District’s PeopleSoft system. Historical data available from legacy systems, paper personnel files, and scanned documents will be loaded into the current PeopleSoft environment where it will then be analyzed and corrected via an OCTO approved portal. For DCRB’s continued use, OCTO will provide DCRB a read only copy of the PeopleSoft production environment that will be refreshed on a nightly basis. This will allow DCRB to begin querying and analyzing data to improve data quality. DCRB will be the project manager partnering with OCTO, and will start working on a high-level project plan, stakeholder expectations, resource and cost estimation, and funding details.
