The candidate must be proficient at the techniques that go into the formulation of architectures, requirements discovery and analysis, and core architectural component implementation. This requires practical skills and extensive experience with many application and infrastructure (operational) products, technologies, and services. Knowledge: • Recognized by peers as a strong technically and as hard working member of the organization • Position requires needs 8-10 years and extensive IT knowledge of server side development and component development Analysis/Problem Solving: •Ability to dissect systems and service problems and work with the teams to create improvement plans to drive resolution. •Must be able to analyze from a customer’s view point, understand business and IT challenges and design a comprehensive solution that integrates smoothly into the customers environment. •Must demonstrate a clear understanding of "self-service" capabilities with relation to IT products Communication: o Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for internal team discussions as well as for external team communication with client applications o Must have the ability to work within virtual teams and demonstrate initiative Technical experience in the following areas: o Strong development experience in Java, J2EE, Eclipse; required 8+ years of experience o Strong knowledge of using XML/webservice based technologies - must have created schema definition (XSD), WSDL, SOAP, ReST o Hands on experience using Development platforms with Eclipse, JDeveloper, JBuilder, NetBeans, IBM-RAD or related technologies o Experience with Unit Test Framework (such as JUnit) o Experience with source code controls (like SVN, CVS) and scripted build languages - Maven o Hands on experience using OS Scripting Languages, Experience with Unix Shell Scripts, Perl, PHP, Jython, Python or related technologies o Hands on experience using User Interface Skillsets, with experience in Flex, AJAX, Portal, DOJO and related UI technologies; Required 3+ years of experience o Strong experience in building user interfaces using BootStrap, JQuery, Sencha Architect or other related technologies Skill/Experience need : 1) Messaging Technologies - JMS, WebsphereMQ, TIBCO Intermediate Required 2) REST, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, JSON Expert Required 3)Java Expert Required 4) Maven, OS/Unix Scripting languages Expert Required 5) Technical Architecture Leadership Expert Required 6) Hibernate, JPA, O/R Mapping Intermediate Desired 7) BootStrap, JQuery, JavaScript Intermediate Desired 8) Junit Test Framework Expert Required 9) Portal Technologies Intermediate Desired"
