Established in 2004, the group now have 50+ consultants with plans to double in size by the end of 2013, opening more offices throughout the UK & Europe.  This role is vital to the growth plans and will help to identify, attract and hire future talent of Trainee Recruitment Consultants, Senior Recruitment Consultants, Team Leaders, Divisional Managers and Directors.    OPPORTUNITY As an Internal Recruiter you will be the face of the business, playing a huge part in the growth of the brands within the group. You will be responsible for identifying talented recruiters in the market, contacting them by telephone or email in order to arrange a meeting between yourself and the candidate. Headhunting will play a big part of your role, therefore you must be confident enough to pick up the phone and sell the opportunity of working for us. You will conduct all first stage interviews by telephone or in person and be responsible for managing the whole internal recruitment process. Reporting to the Directors of each brand, you may also be required to carry out a variety of duties such as PR & Marketing and Administration.
