They run SAP so if you have worked on SAP BPC this would be an advantage. In addition good development experience in VBA / .NET would be very useful. This will be an English speaking position and they are happy to consider anyone wishing to relocate. It's an International team so you'll be made to feel welcome. It would be easier if you're already an EU Citizen They can offer a good Salary + The tax rate in Switzerland is only around 20%.
