Anshu Sinha posted a job: Quality Assurance (QA) Manager / Test Manager and Team Leader for an established MNC in Malaysia with excellent work culture and forward thinking environment "We are looking for energetic, self-motivated QA Manager with strong experience in Scrum, Agile technologies Reports to the Head of Software Development and Responsibilities: • Implements and upholds QA strategy and processes within the IT team • Responsible for managing multiple testing teams and testing centre of excellence for Test Automation and Analysis. Handling 2 product lines and automation test team of 25 people • Own the test planning and test strategy of the projects • Responsible for resource management, product project reports and continuous process improvement • Supports implementation of change management within QA and IT to achieve agreed business goals Requirements: • Minimum 12 years’ QA experience including min 5 years’ experience of leading a QA team size of 20-25 people • Good exposure in automated testing, preferably C# frameworks • Microsoft stack of Technology experience - .NET, SQL Excellent matrix and stakeholder management skills • Experience with agile practices • Excellent communication skills Note: There is another QA Team Leader role, managing a team of 5 people with similar requirements.
