We have a offshore Call center in Indiranagar (New Thippisindra), Bangalore. We are looking for Full time employees to work for USA shift times as a Sales Executive to sell our IT training programs in BUSINESS ANALYST, JAVA J2EE, MICROSOFT .NET, SAP. Ideal candidate should have very good English communication skill (American Accent preferred) with good Sales experience with inbound and outbound calls and some Information Technology knowledge. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Making Outbound/incoming calls to candidates which involves selling (SAP / JAVA / BA) Online IT training program (knowledge of computers/web a must) 2. Updating Daily Call sheets (experience in Google docs will be an added advantage) 3. Follow up with hot leads. 4. Communicate with trainees and trainers on a daily basis REQUIRED SKILLS: 1. Experience in Sales and Marketing or BPO appreciated. 2. Experience no bar for suitable candidate. 3. Salary as per industry standards excluding incentives. WORKING HOURS: USA shift hours which will be 9:30pm - 6:30am IST. (Pick and drop will be provided). SALARY and COMMISSION: Salary will be as per industry standard. Commissions provided for every Confirmation of a Sale. Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Salary as per industry standards excluding incentives." | ||||||
