"HR Advisor in Bangalore, India Job description : The HR Advisor role is an experienced global role which partners closely with HR and partner colleagues (e.g. Legal), managers and employees worldwide to ensure HR capabilities drive and support Juniper’s business objectives.  The HR Advisor represents Human Resources in the delivery of HR services and activities including performance management and employee relations case management, internal investigations, management skill development and organizational effectiveness. Employing exceptional customer service skills, the HR Advisor builds strong connections across all constituents via remarkable interactions and high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities: • Addresses and resolves employee relations concerns • Leads internal investigations, in consultation with Legal and/or other internal partners as applicable • Provides consultation which enables managers and colleagues by driving their capability & skill development, productivity, and effectiveness, facilitating managers and team members to successfully engage with one another, recommending and in some cases applying/matching tools & resources to drive the right outcomes • Provides guidance and support in administering HR policies and procedures • Leads and/or participates in HR projects and supports the roll-out of global HR programs (e.g. Talent Matters) Experience and Skills Required: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration a plus. PHR/SPHR certification preferred. • Minimum of five to seven years of experience in a wide variety of human resources functions, including employment law, performance management and employee relations • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written) • Proven ability to build relationships with, as well as advise and influence across all levels • Strong conflict resolution skills • Proven project management, organizational, diagnostic and analytical skills • Exceptional customer service skills  • Must thrive in a fast paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are required • Demonstrated integrity while working with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues • Strong PC skills including MS Office.
