Important: Experience within telecommunications Industry is a must. Main responsibilities: · Follow up with PMs project timelines as scheduled · Proactively manage interventions when needed with any changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans · Ensure delivery of projects with the required conditions · Ensure Quality control and monitoring across all projects · Direct and manage contract development from beginning to end · Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle · Develop customer relationship and associated communications documents · Pricing of recurrent projects and new opportunities · Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise projects team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work · Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel · Identify technical trainings and required on-job technical coaching for staff across all projects · Ensure excellent customer focus · Build Customer Relationship and maintain it · Ensure timely visits and follow ups with customers · Review drafts of PMs and confirm the compliance of the budgets versus the initial costing · Constant cost improvement (new suppliers, best practices, optimization of resources, etc…) · Fluent in Arabic, French & English language a huge benefits and are already working within the telecommunications industry.
