"This is an entry-level position for a talented individual and provides a great opportunity to learn about R&D systems and work processes for future career roles as a developer or business analyst. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of R&D scientists and the software development teams to support and troubleshoot existing information management systems and also enable testing of new systems. Dow AgroSciences has made significant investments in IT solutions and the successful candidate will identify opportunities to extend and enhance these systems as needs change or evolve. The successful candidate for this position is expected to perform the following job responsibilities: - Daily support and troubleshoot existing information management systems - End-user training, constant user engagement, work process & system documentation etc. - Testing configurations and testing of new systems - Work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and identify training opportunities."
