Understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, perm and contract staffing. Understanding of basic technology and related terminology ( experience in ERP hiring is an added advantage). Hands on experience in Sourcing, Recruiting, Pre-Screening using Dice, monster, LinkedIn, internal database, personal networking, job postings, database searches, internet search engines, referrals and cold calling. Should be very good working with vendors. Must be able to work independently, have a positive outlook and excellent work. Should be familiar with the different tax-terms.
