Finance Manager in Singapore, Singapore Our client headquartered in Singapore is a trading company and trades in tyre, coal, yarn and rubber. The client with a turnover of more than 300 million dollar and has a distribution network over 70 countries. The client has also extended its operations to other countries like Taiwan, Korea and Nepal. Responsibilities Responsible for overall management and supervision of finance team. Prepare and review quarterly management and financial statements and explain variances versus budget. Cash flow management and banking related activities. Supervise year-end closing and liaise with external auditors for year- end audits. Ensure statutory compliance and establish good internal financial control system to minimize risk exposure. Ensure proper credit control of accounts receivable. Fixed assets management and prepare fund raising accounts for audit by external auditors. Liaise with Bankers and other external agencies. Review and formulate finance policies and procedures. Requirements: CA/ICWA/ACCA qualified professional At least 5 years of related experience in a managerial capacity with exposure to trading company.
