Position: Senior IT Recruiter+Business Development Total experience: 4+ yrs Job Responsibilities: Should be well versed with the sourcing methods through the Internet, Job Boards and networking channels Screening and Short-listing candidates per specific job descriptions Through internet and e-mail processes, candidate screening and obtaining information on work history, training, education and skills, and confirming salary/rate expectations Conduct reference checks on candidates Should be able to generate new clientele. Increase client base by obtaining new customers. Increase service offerings at existing customer base. Build relationships with decision makers and influencers across a client's organization. Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient delivery of IT staffing activities. Maintaining record of all candidates and their interviews in the Recruitment database\Create submissions in matching the requirement including: skills, availability, etc. Develop strong working relationship with Resource Managers and provide necessary information regarding changes/update in candidates. Required Knowledge & Abilities: 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment and Business Development Good knowledge of technologies and domain (IT / Telecom / Semiconductor, Infrastructure and Service Industries,) Proficiency using Internet job boards/portals and MS Office Suite Technical knowledge of IT skills Self-starter with excellent time management skills, detail oriented, with demonstrated relationship management skills Have strong problem solving and research skills Able to easily access information through traditional and non -traditional methods. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be able to deliver results in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
