"Hiring an IT Sales Manager in Southfield, MI IT Sales / Account Executives Join a dynamic, global IT Software Development and consulting Services Company as Account Manager based in Detroit, MI and Columbus, OH (1 position at each location). Local Candidates are preferred. Our company is currently seeking a highly skilled IT Sales/Account Executive with the drive and determination to expand our customer base. We are looking for an individual who has existing direct client relationships with an ability to build new relationships. Our Service offering includes: * Staffing/Consulting (Contract and PERM placements) * Product marketing (Healthcare domain) * Projects (onsite-offshore) High income potential in a small well established and highly flexible firm. DESIRED SKILLS: * Must to have at least 3-5 years experience in IT Staffing/ Products/ Consulting Services to private or public sectors * Must have a proven track record of doing IT sales and business development. * Must enjoy outbound sales calls (Cold calling), qualifying potential customers, conduct in-person meetings with key hiring managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients. * Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients * Outstanding skills in generating well-qualified leads * Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization and respond to customers* needs and requests * Must possess excellent verbal and written skills * Highly-motivated, resourceful, self-starter who is a strategic thinker * Experience using any CRM Software is preferred * Experience Leading the team of Sales and Marketing representative and should possess ability to assign targets/ campaigns to the team and conduct follow-up*s * Performing demonstrations via WebEx * Maximizing revenue on all accounts * Report and forecast your sales pipeline to upper management * Regular client visits meet with client and consultants to review progress, understand clients expectations and needs, proactively bridge the gaps and pursue additional business.  * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales preferred http://bull.hn/l/115E8/3"
